Our Service
- When making an enquiry for home boarding with Top Dogs we will take a detailed profile of your dog or dogs (including any foibles or unusual habits they may have) and then we will take great care in matching a suitable carer for your dog's needs
- Once we have chosen a carer who we believe will be suitable based on the information you have given on the booking form, we will make a provisional booking to ensure that the carer keeps your dates available. After taking a deposit payment we then arrange for a meeting for you and your dog at our carer's home. If this is the first time that your dog will be boarding with a Top Dogs carer, Debbie will also be at the meeting so that she can get to know your dog
- After the meeting, provided that you and the carer both feel that your dog will have a successful boarding experience, the booking is confirmed. If for any reason you do not feel that the carer is right for your dog please let us know within three days of the meeting and we will try and arrange an alternative carer or refund your deposit if you prefer (minus a small administrative fee). Equally, on the rare occasion when a carer feels that they would not be the best carer for your dog, we will also let you know within three days of the meeting and either arrange an alternative carer or refund your deposit in full
 - When you bring your dog to the carer for their doggy holiday you will need to bring all their usual belongings - lead, bedding, bowls, toys, treats - and you will also need to provide sufficient food for the duration of the stay. Your dog will also need to be up-to-date with their vaccinations, worming and flea treatments
- Debbie will keep in regular contact with the carer whilst your dog is under their care and if you wish, we will send you a text update to let you know how your dog is settling in with their carer family
